02 After the storm

I picked up a camera again after a long time. 

At first, I thought I might start a new photography project and share one photo a day like I did back in 2014, 2015, 2016, and half of 2017. 

And while I found it therapeutic to sneak out of the house early in the morning and shoot sunrise photos, sunsets and so on… the struggle was real.

After three years, I felt like a hamster spinning the same wheel. And, I burned out.

I burned out so badly that for the next few months, if not years, I couldn’t even look at a camera, let alone take new photos.

Fast forward eight years, and the taste for new photography adventures is growing again.

We’ll see where it takes me.
